|  [Speed Issues] New Connection = Problems
Hello all! I just got my Charter HSI connection installed today and I got the 10Meg package. The connection was great for an hour or so, and then quickly went bad. I called tech and they ran all their tests and said they couldn't find anything wrong other than my speeds were really slow. Take a look.
Is there anyway I can find out modem stats and post them here for some insight? I have the Surfboard SB5101. |

| Wow first day back with Charter after having AT&T DSL after a year and I'm already having problems, this is disappointing to say the least. I was looking forward to some serious download speeds, and great gaming pings, but I guess I'll have to wait until Sunday when they roll a truck out. |
