HawksFan : Hello all! I just got my Charter HSI connection installed today and I got the 10Meg package. The connection was great for an hour or so, and then quickly went bad. I called tech and they ran all their tests and said they couldn't find anything wrong other than my speeds were really slow. Take a look.

Is there anyway I can find out modem stats and post them here for some insight?
