I think the person you spoke to is misinformed. During your contract period, Verizon cannot raise prices. Once again, this is just another bad communication on their part. I guess they cannot tell what kind of contract each person has and therefore just notify everyone. |

Unfortunately, they announce this late on a Friday, where they won't have competent personnel available to fight about this until Monday morning.

"The monthly rate for your FiOS Internet will change to $57.99 after June 11, 2008. "
I signed up for FIOS TV and Internet in October of 2007. I was wondering if my promotional internet rate was expiring, and this was going to be the new rate, but Verizon's website shows a price of $52.99 for the 15/2 service. |
