Since majority of the Cable Co's in certain franchise markets, will still peddle 5-8mbps download and 384-512k upload.

Plus you'll get to hit your bandwidth caps quicker with the new speed tier.

Really? So if you had a faster tier you wouldnt download FASTER... you would download MORE? Or are you just trolling?

Because regardless of my speed tier, I still download the same amount of crap I do now.
