PDXPLT : Most of Shure's wireless microphone products in the TV bands are being used illegally, by those who don't possess the proper license to use them legally. They know full-well this is the case, and want to keep the "white space" all to themselves. They've got the gall to adopt this "holier than thou" attitude of arguing against legal unlicensed devics in this band, so that their illegal unlicensed devices aren't disadvantaged. Geesh.

I'm always amazed the press never picks up on this angle, and just blandy and unquestionally reports what the wireless microphone proponents tell them.
