 [Vista] x64 question for vista

so I reformated with a copy of vista x64. The only game i got that I can not install is max payne 1. Has anyone managed to install this on a x64 of vista. It's odd that starcraft works but max payne does not eveything else I got I have had no probblems with

I did get mine to work. I copied the cd to a folder on the desktop, went to disk 1 folder, did compatibility mode on setup. It then installed the patch »www.3drealms.com/max/downloads.html
so far no crashes.
