The reason you put it off the first splitter is to try to maintain signal integrity for example keep the downstream power up and transmit level down.<br><br>Now onto my other point.  If you have not had techs out there who have climbed the pole, checked MER, BER, and ingress then you have not even began to look intot his problem. it could be as simple as a bad fitting behind a wall plate of a TV kicking back really bad ingress.  There are so many different things that can happen.]]></description>

Like you have said, you have exhausted most, if not all of your options. All thats really left is my 3 suggestions, going through the process again(narrowing down), or canceling the service.<br><br>Sorry, I can't be more helpful or optimistic. But you have received quality suggestions above. If, after all your trying,  you still haven't found the solution, it seems tough to be anymore helpful.]]></description>
