Since you've tried all the normal channels have you tried calling the executive escalation help line?

Just to be clear on how my LINE comes into the house I made this very crude diagram. PLEASE tell me if you see something wrong.

Uh ya....

The leg on the 1st splitter that goes to the 2nd, eliminate that splitter(meaning the intenet/tv, 2nd splitter).

That split needs to go on a tv leg of the 1st splitter. I dont think it'll be the miracle fix, but not sure if anyone else suggested this

Are you saying my internet connection needs to come off of the 7dB leg of that 3-way splitter? Not the 3db leg?

If you have been unable to resolve your Comcast problem after exhausting your local city's Comcast escalation process, you can escalate it to the Comcast Executive Complaint Center, and they will address your issue within 24 hours.
