Wireless Desktop Card F5D7000 doesn't work!

I have a Belkin Wireless desktop card #F5D7000 that I am trying to get to work on a Win XP Pro computer... After installation of the software and card it worked for a little while and then started to lose connection even showing a strong signal... It seems to connect and lose connection every few minutes... This is the 2nd computer that this card did not work with... I tried loading the latest software from the Belkin website but that didn't seem to work at all... Any suggestions??
