I, personally, question the efficacy of that test.

It only tests on 2 ports, and I can't see what is going on behind the scenes so I'm basically forced to blindly trust it..

I.M.O., there is nothing to compare with seeing actual rogue RST packets via a packet dump, but that's just me.

Scroll to bottom and click full test, *note* don't use your connection for other stuff while testing.

I just tried testing though, and got a server busy error, I'll post the results when I'm able to run the test.

Edit: Its a test to see if your ISP blocks/delays bittorrent.

Basically, you need to use an App such as Wireshark, and you are looking for forged TCP RST packets.

Comcast says I got the increase..but when I load up utorrent my upload speed is all over the place from 0 to whatever it feels like..it doesn't seem stable at all, any of you guys know where I can test my upload speed at, that goes after PB?

I was going ask a buddy of mine to see if I can send him a movie file or something so I can check my upload speed..but nobody's on msn..
