The rest of the world would simply laugh at the pidly gigabytes you used in a month. Other people from other parts of the world would be using 200 terabytes a month or more and what's the catch for them? Well of course there isn't any. This is the year 2008 where bandwidth is virtually free in just about every country except Canada.

Bellundo, you keep declaring bandwidth to be virtually free with NEVER anything to back it up. This is a myth.

Europe, Australia, the USA ... all are implementing or have bandwidth caps.

The only places that seem to be able to give bandwidth away are Japan and Korea.
