[TWC] Whats Up TW Northeast Ohio

Whats up with TW Cable system. Cannot view channels 58, 59, 60,61,62,63,64,65. They are grossly pixalated and lines running through them. Funny thing using the only set with the DVR they view fine. It seems like there not converted properly on all my other TVs which BTW are analog. I thought this wouldn't be a problem if your connected to TW network.
