Not quite sure of your real problem but i would suggest to then get a Router and let it take care of the connection.Just set modem to bridge.Thats the setup i had a while back. |

| once again, they use PPPoATM, routers cant do PPPoATM. thats why they use PPPoATM.
granted, PPPoATM is faster... it really is... but our normal hardware simply does not have support for it. seeing as how its ppp over ATM and not ppp over Ethernet. |

i am on their msn crap service, they only give you pppoa, if you have real qwest you get alot of goodies, they are a good isp. |
