You can also note that dutch a large provider of content.. seem to have too bootleg movies cause they can't even buy it in their own subtitles I believe

Wasn't sure why they do it but I did realize a good amount of uploading is not from the US. It is from other countries.

Uploading by US users is risky with copyrights and all. Our courts are so pro-business. Other nations have more of a balance between business and personal use, like in Europe. You'll find a lot of uploading is done by Brazilians and European nations that aren't predominantly pro-business.
