YouTube.Com Looks Messed Up

Hi, I'm on XP home windows and when I go to YouTube.Com the site looks messed up, it's the only site that looks messed up, I can see videos but the page is colorless and all white, the design of the website is non-existant and the video comments look like a HTML code.

P.S. the video sections on the main page are not organized into a "box" but a long list of single videos that I must scroll down like 1-mile to see them all. I also noticed these weird symptom on my Hotmail.Com e-mail page.

Any ideas what it might be?

Looks fine here. What browser are you using? If Hotmail also looks wrong (you first said YouTube is the "only site", then said Hotmail looks wrong), it's something on your end.
