The RCMP is where people who can't get into local or provincial police go. It's quasi-military, so everyone who's in the force is bitter and pissed off because their first assignment was in some buttfuck nowhere place in Nunavut or something.

Dealing with University educated types every day has learned me that idiots do come with papers on walls. Social skills and IQs are not prerequisites to graduation, and education not a requirement for common sense.
Bunch of Jackboots, common sense leaves them as soon as they form a herd. Human nature, but they forget too easily they are held to a higher standard.
