I guess it is a major network issue. I just regained access recently and it took me over an hour just to get a speed test and get into this thread. Ive done the norm, cycle/reset modem and can't seem to ping FDN's network faster than 400+. Of course I call Brighthouse and they have NO clue what they are doing. So they are sending a tech out tomorrow...<br><br>Sigh, I wish this company had a clue on what real troubleshooting was, or some real monitoring software for their network.]]></description>
