I think you'll find that with over 300 Million people in the USA, there are plenty of folks who don't have cable or satellite. I had cable and it sucked with all the drop-outs, tiling, and audio/video sync problems. I prefer dealing with fringe reception.
I do have my two coupons and plan on using them when I find a retailer that carries the unit I want (8-day EPG, Pass-Through, and Smart Antenna at a minimum). Same with my In-Laws.

Because most have already gotten Satellite, or really do not care. Even those with Government Aid checks have CATV or Satellite, so what difference will it make. |
