| [DVR] RCN Channel guide says "No data" on every channel
Hello, my channel guide hasn't worked properly in over a week. Every channel says "no data" instead of displaying the program that is on or the programs coming up. RCN told me to unplug the box to reset. I did and it did nothing. Can anyone give me some help? Be specific, I'm not good with electronics... thanks! |

join:2001-12-20 Bethlehem, PA | There's a number you can dial... 866-482-8344 that allegedly sends a reset signal to your converter(s). You might want to give that a try. |

| reply to cherfer You can always call them to do a "power reset". Just make sure you turn off your tv first as according to them it can make your TV "blow up".
