So, out of complete boredom I read this board, and i giggle at it.
I have been been COX HSI for around 3 years now. I have never once had a problem that would cause a complete and utter break down of insanity.
Oh sure i had a few minor issues, but nothing that would cause hair pulling.
I have had to call/chat with some of the techs when i had off the wall questions, but then again i like giving the script readers a hard time ( i know its mean, but damned if it isn't funny).
All in all i am very happy with the level of service i get from my ISP. Never had any issues with it going down.
I just wanted to say that COX rocks with the access to the intertubes of the webs. |

Newington, CT | yeah i agree, i had only one problem, a year ago or so when during the late midnights time for few days internet were gone for an hour or so, but overall i have cox for like 8 years or so, its very good, except that upload speeds could be better lol |
