Your best bet would be to call your ISP and ask what the MODEM is syncing at and what to CO is set to.

They can also run some tests to see if there is a signal issue on your line.

I recently moved apartments within my the same building and, while at my old apartment i was getting the advertised upload speeds (768K), i have noticed that in the new place i get a lot less... (on the modem Broadband connection status shows Speed (down/up) 3360Kbits/sec by 256 Kbits/sec.

I am using the same modem and it should all be the same, the download speed is the same and i have no issues downloading but rather uploading,... it is really weird that the modem Westell D90-327W15-06 is displaying that upload speed as opposed to the old one). I didn't even know that the modem could detect the upload speed without doing any tests...

anyhow, i'm lost,... what should i do?.
