So they started buying out affiliates left and right and iPCS is the last standing affiliate which has been causing pain and misery to fix the issue since the Sprint-Nextel merger and has sued because of a breach in agreement it had with Sprint.

iPCS probably contributed to the factor but originally Sprint was terrible in billing and C.S and so far to reorganize all these affiliates they bought out, transfer over customers from other billing systems and so forth has caused nothing but headaches in HQ.

This is why Hesse is trying to restructure the internal part of Sprint, so this time we are not transferred to three of four different locations to get an issue solved. Of course all of this took longer than expected and has taken a toll on the companies stability in general which is why customers are fed up with the issues and are leaving.

Sprint is trying to pull a power rangers with incompatible parts everywhere. iPCS has coverage in major markets and they need to go down badly, as this affects both Sprint and Nextel (mostly Nextel) networks.

iPCS basically wants to turn lights out on the Nextel network in their area's which affect basically 700,000 Nextel customers. A major blow to the already troubled iDEN market and iPCS wants to claim everything even up to Hesse's toilet paper. Their a partner that Sprint has been going back and forth for year's and now Sprint wants to make sure they prevent iPCS from getting there way.
