| Can I expand wireless network by adding additional router
Hi
I happen to have 2 routers, a LINKSYS WRT54G-TM and a LINKSYS WRT54G.
Current setup is CABLE MODEM - WRT54G-TM
Everything in house works off the wirelss network, TIVO, CELLPHONE, XBOX, 4 COMPUTERS
At one end of house the signal is low. Is it possible to confirgure my additional WRT54G in another portion of the house, pickup signal from the WRT54G-TM and broadcast the signal in another portion of the house?
Thanks |

| You should be able to do it by installing an alternative firmware like DD-WRT and using WDS bridging/repeating. »www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page -- Small Network Help @ »smallnetbuilder.com |

can do what you want. Unless you intend to re-flash your router or WAP with third party software, I would buy a device that mentioned WDS on the Box.
Here is one such device I use sucessfully to share internet access between buildings.
