@Level3.net		How do I close ports 80 and 23?

I have an old 3Com 3C888 on dialup with 2 XPs. Shield Up is saying my port 80 and 23 is open. Safety.Net is my firewall. Shouldn't they be closed....and how do I do it? MarkNC
