[Vista] BSOD Vista part 2

I reverted back to Vista Business after my Vista Ultimate install kept on BSOD on me based on the 4965AGN driver. 1 week no problems then I get this BCCode: 10e error I have included the dump. I am beginning to think I have a hardware problem. Bad stick of memory?

Any thoughts?

Have you the option to uninstall the graphic driver using Add\Remove Programs?

If so, it may be preferable to uninstall the graphic drivers using Add/Remove Programs and then reinstall the previous drivers.
