ive been trying to optimize everything, so i did a line quality test.
now that i ran the test, what can i do with the results to make improvements ?

Las Vegas, NV		 Looks like packet loss at your hop. Call RR ask ask them to ping you to see if there is any packet loss between you and the CMTS.
