What about folks with Emergency portables?

I have a very nice water resistant 4" portable AC/DC color LCD TV that i use during severe weather situations here in the Southeast. You know blackouts due to thunderstorm, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. Trust me - it has proven very useful.

So can somebody tell me of a Digital TV portable solution?
Battery powered and less than $100 USD
