Many swear by True Image and i'm sure one of the versions will do what you want. 2. You'll get many answers on this. I personally swear by Konica-Minolta color lasers. I've had mine for three years and its always worked perfectly. 3. I would put backups on a different machine from your firewall/web/DHCP server. Or at least put the web server in a VM or separate machine. You don't want an exploit letting people into your network. Why does your diagram show one of your PCs being both wired and wireless?
