White Hall, AR | Best Modem?
I think I'm going to go with Verizon EVDO, and I need to pick a modem. Is the USB720 modem better than the UM150? Does either have features the other doesn't? TIA.

The UM150 was free, so I got it.
It freakin' rocks!
I'm around five miles from the only tower, and I built a simple corner reflector out of cardboard box and alum foil, and get 800-1000 down with it. After years of satellite-net, I'm thrilled.
THe UM-150 works really well portable on the laptop, too. |
