Loest common denominator

Anyone not ready for the transition does not deserve to have a TV. They have pushed the transition back so many times it is not funny. Most people will not have to do anythign for their TV to continue to work. Those that are still using 20th century equipment need to upgrade.
The fact we base policies on the lowest common denominator causes us to not stay up with the times
