Setting up home network using Wireless router

Hello,

I am using a PC (WinXP, Core 2 Duo Processor, Intel 946GZis motherboard) and am using the integrated LAN card to connect to the internet. My ISP gives the network connection by sharing it through a Ethernet Switch. And my PC is connected to that switch located outside my premises. They keep my MAC address and I cannot plug the ethernet cable to another PC to connect it to internet unless telling them to change my MAC address in their server.

Now I want to share this internet connection with another PC. Is it possible that I connect this Ethernet cable to a Wireless Router, and use cloned MAC address and then connect my existing PC and the other PC to the router. What kind of router should I buy for this purpose, and what are the special specifications? I haven't used a wireless router ever. And will the ISP be able to tell that I am using such a connection?

Thanks very much

P.S. I am planning to buy this one as this one looks cheap. Please comment if possible.
