| Dual polarity 2.4ghz (and dual feed) sector antennas
Hyperlink and possibly some others offer a 2.4ghz dual polarity 90 degree sector antenna that is dual-feed.
My question is, if I put 4 of these up, could I attach 8 radios to them and use a mix of 5mhz and 10mhz channels (as long as they don't interfere with each other) to cover the band, using whatever frequency is available at whatever polarity?
Or... are these just for if your CPE is dual polarity (like PS2/NS2 and you have it set for adaptive) and you would attach one radio card but both antenna ports to one sector so you can switch polarities "on the fly"?
Anybody have any experience with them and performance opinions?
Thanks! |

But we have used similar setups using 8 sector antennas placed at the 4 corners of a large building which gives more than 20ft separation. |
