No dsl x 12 days, only power and ethernet line on.

tristan68 @ca.us	No dsl x 12 days, only power and ethernet line on. Earthlink said they are moving it to the "Tron" dept with a work ticket # last thursday, I called today, and no updates they keep telling me to call 8 hrs from now. I connected my modem to the outside box of my house and no dsl light etc... I'm in So Cal (Corona). Anyone have a clue? My modem is a Zyxel p-600-EL.

Premium,VIP join:2001-04-19 1970 442 W30 clubs: edit: May 14th, @08:51PM	If the DSL LED is dark or flashing on a (I assume you mean) ZyXEL P660R-ELNK Modem then that means there is no longer any DSL signal on the line at the far end (C/O or Remote Terminal). Only support can fix that by contacting the signal provisioner (ILEC or CLEC). astro3ron2 @orthropgrumman.com	reply to tristan68 Hmm, interesting. Having the same/similar problem in Gardena, CA for the last 4 days. Same old run around from ELN. looks like I may switch to ATT (my telco) and dump ELN and other suggestions/recommendations? Thanks
