Their actual service for 10/1 is a good one, but beware if you have a problem!  Been a customer of theirs for 6 years, been nothing but poor customer service since day one, but when it's the only thing you have, well.... ;)<br><small>--<br>Some people should'nt</small>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/522763"><b>WiseOldNerd</b></A> : Website constantly gives error messages when trying to add service. Chat operators are all congenital idiots. Can't provide HD signal for Portland TV stations because they do a lame signal pickup. Only bright spot is the staff in the Newport office is always friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, staellite keeps beckoning too me, and the Qwest DSL just keeps humming along.<br><small>--<br>My perception is REALITY</small>]]></description>
