Re: [Speed Problem] Good Enough to Go Back to 3.0?

My lines been dropping regularly as it has done for the last few Mondays. When I checked the technician log, my current speed dropped to 1.5 from 2.0 and the 144 value is down from 5.4. Does it do it on its own or are the tech's messing with it? I've been leaving messages with them, but they haven't called back since Friday.
