OpenOffice Base + Oracle

I am trying to get Open Office Base to connect to an Oracle server. I went to Tools->Options->OpenOffice.org->Java->Class Path->Add Archive, and pointed it to the ojdbc14.jar file. I used this exact jar file to connect to the database in another program without any problem, but open office gives me "The driver 'oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver' could not be loaded." Anybody know what I am doing wrong.

Do you know what version of Java OpenOffice is running off of? If for some reason it is 1.3 then you need to use the classes12.jar... might not be a bad test to see if that jar file works anyway.

I found my problem. Closing OpenOffice doesn't close OpenOffice. You have to tick that stupid thing the system notification area. Closing that retarded thing out allowed OpenOffice to register my new settings and connect. Bah!

Yeah, on top of not noticing that, I posted this in the Linux forum. I'm just used to asking open source questions around here.
