[Vista] Windows Firewall asking to allow incoming for iexplore.e

Just out of nowhere when I was doing a Google search, Windows Firewall asked if I wanted to allow an incoming connection for c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe

I removed the entry from the Exceptions list, but I can still use IE just fine and hasn't pop up again. I haven't seen this asked before which is why it's got my attention.

I checked Event Viewer for anything out of the ordinary, but it looks fine there.

I don't have an add-ons, toolbars, etc..

Anyone else have this pop up for them?

What addons do you have? Were you running some Java applet at the time?

I should clarify. I do have add-ons, what I meant was no add-ons that are out of the ordinary. Only new one is Safe Sarch that is installed with AVG 8.0 and I've been using that for a while now.

No, I wasn't using a Java applet at the time. I usually close all instances of IE once I'm done with a Java applet.

I thought it maybe it was just that, but I had AVG installed for a while now. Why all of a sudden it asks now?
