You have to tick that stupid thing the system notification area. Closing that retarded thing out allowed OpenOffice to register my new settings and connect. Bah!

Maxo : I am trying to get Open Office Base to connect to an Oracle server. I went to Tools->Options->OpenOffice.org->Java->Class Path->Add Archive, and pointed it to the ojdbc14.jar file. I used this exact jar file to connect to the database in another program without any problem, but open office gives me "The driver 'oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver' could not be loaded." Anybody know what I am doing wrong.
--
"Padre, nobody said war was fun now bowl!" - Sherman T Potter

»maxolasersquad.com/

»maxolasersquad.com/network/ My DSL Network Guide

»myspace.com/mlsquad
