Yes, all of the boards I've looked at in the last 4 years would still give you dual channel if each pair of memory banks were properly matched (even if the quantity of memory between the two pairs of banks were not the same).

On the other hand I've seen motherboards not work as they should when all memory banks are filled to their stated capacities.
