Hayward : As far as I know there are none as both DISH and DTV are completely proprietary (though MPG based) transmission system plus the smartcard factors.

The best you could do is a PC based DVR and capture or stand alone with IR/UHF remote control of a DTV receiver. And for dual tuner you would need dual capture cards.

What's the big deal about the DTV DVR that is worth all that headache??? The $5/mo?
--
»haywardm.com (Hayward's Key West)

Cheese : If this is the incorrect place, please move.

Currently have DirecTV, looking to get rid of the DVR we currently have, and replace it with a machine that I have here, what I need to know, I need a dual tuner card that will be compatible with XP, looking in the 100-150 range, if need to go to 200, that's a possibility.
