I noticed while surfing my TVs QAM tuner a new subchannel came on 11-2 called LATV. What is it?

 At least it's better than the SD feed they had on 11.2 earlier. I'm guessing this is complete with Univision and Telefutura, and Telemundo.

Too bad the all-music Tube Network is gone. Now if only MN9 and FOX5 will do something else with their subchannels.
