Down again?

I'm getting PPPOE authentication errors and can't connect anymore. Tried calling their number as well as NextPhases' and get their pre-recorded message then it hangs up.

Well, it started working again at some point this morning. Their phone number started working last night but I just got a voicemail message. I still haven't received a call back from them nor NextPhase!
