That's who I use. Saves quite a bit of money and I get them same day instead of paying for overnight shipping. Some assembly may be required, but that only takes a few minutes. I have never had a problem with their batteries.

Here's a tip: The last time I was there they said it is possible to set up a business account. The savings were fairly substantial. I seem to think I got 4 batteries for the price of 3 or something along those lines. I believe Batteries Plus was recently bought by another company, so policies may have changed. I haven't seen anything special about the original APC batteries. They have been whatever brand APC happened to get at the time with a really sticky APC label over the original label. In one case the exact same battery.

I went with an APC battery in one where it was a pair of batteries with a connector and a cable just cause i didn't want to redo the assembly. Could have just got the replacement battery and reused the cable tho.

Ditto on the upgrade here too. They used to have a selection but it now seems to be one replacement available per size. On the second round of battery replacements on some of the units after several years on the replacement batteries with no problems.

Watch the freight when ordering, but it will be a killer from anyone.
