Hey, I hope I grabbed the correct information.

There was also a barcode on the bottom that reads:
6-12572-12393-5

if theres any more information you need, please let me know where to find it on the box. I searched all over for serial numbers and whatnot, but this is all I found.

Chicago, IL		 I also seemed to notice a problem last night on Scrubs. I have a TivoHD, so not sure if that is helpful. I'm in 60613.
