My $0.25

netwire : I use Sprint for EVDO and am very thankful for them - it's the only form of broadband I can get out here where I live. The service has been rock-solid and talking to customer service has not been an issue at all for me. I have ATT for phone service and can say that my experience with them has been painful - I've tried three different phones and even did a number of warranty exchanges but still have constant droped calls and call failed problems at home and all over town (even with full signal). With that being said, I decided to try out Boost Mobile for a few days (prepaid service that runs off nextel/sprint) and I've noticed that I am experiencing rock-solid service and can make/take calls without any issues - if I could get out from my contract with att I'd switch to sprint for wireless too!
--
World of Warcraft - My anti-drug.
