One of my clients wants to look at other office space options in downtown DC. They're a very small non-profit...been at Vermont & L since 1999. Their lease is coming up in January '09. They're relatively happy where they are, could use a little more space/different layout...just looking; could just stay where they are when all is said and done.
We'd like to meet with a commercial realtor or two who covers the area. Prefer a personal referral, and not wanting to jump through hoops just to look around.
