And now you know why Sprint CS sucks - just keep calling back, you'll eventually find someone who knows WTF you're talking about.

When I signed up for my two phones, I did the SERO online signup twice in a row. The first phone arrived quickly, but was on the wrong plan (some $60 family plan), the second phone took almost a week longer but was correctly setup on SERO.

Go fig.

Why? I have ordered three different SERO lines through Sprint and they're all fine. What e-mail address did you use to sign up?

savings@sprintemi.com or something like that. It gets verified and I can check out. Once I receive the phone they don't want to activate it.

Call Sprint tell them you want to apply your employee discount to your plan- give them the company name of Lowe's Warehouses or Lowe's Companies. I'm not sure which they have it listed under anymore but its Lowe's something. Tell them its the Home Improvement company they'll know which one you want.

No need to show proof or anything they'll add it on within in a billing cycle or 2. They don't even ask Lowe's if you work there.

Its a 13% discount if i'm not mistaken.

I don't care about that. I have 8% discount through my company and I don't use it. It's only a couple of bucks at best.
