Why would you even consider buying it when Earthlink is willing to give it to anyone who will take it over?
Of course, if you took it over, you'd also have to take the contract that goes with it.
The City of Filthadelphia could have taken it over for free. But they didn't want to pay the cost of operating it. And small wonder, since it cost plenty to run and brings in little to no revenue.
