The National Weather Service has issued Tornado Watch number 311 for a large portion of North Central Texas and South Central Oklahoma affective this afternoon and evening until 9:00 PM CDT. The watch information is listed below and can be found through the Norman and Dallas Forth Worth offices as well as the Severe Storms Prediction Center in Norman.
