Not surprising. That pricing structure is identical (except for the 10 megabit) to their 1-yr contract business DSL product, but you get a much better upload for the same money.

1.5/0.384 Mbps = $40
3.0/0.512 Mbps = $50
6.0/0.768 Mbps = $60

$5 off for a two year contract.

I'd take a 3.0/1.0Mbps Uverse + VoIP standard (non-business) tomorrow, if I didn't have to go through the B.S. of ordering/cancelling TV service.

At least Time Warner will give me 6Mbps + VoIP for $69.99
AT&T isn't selling Uverse Voice here, Call Vantage won't port, and Uverse must be ordered with TV to be installed... what a pain. I have POTS Unlimited + DSL Extreme, which is a bit pricey (because of POTS!).
